Job summary

Euro Garages is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor in Manchester to lead the team, ensure fresh and tasty products, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work alongside the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, drive service standards, and support colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.

You will take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, help with training, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
