Euro Garages in Kidlington is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead the team, ensure product quality, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work alongside the Store Manager, prepare beverages, maintain store standards, and oversee shifts in the manager’s absence.

The role requires supervisory experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel periods.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations and motivate colleagues to deliver great results.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by building a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding service.
• Support store operations with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining records.
• Ensure high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the store.
• Craft products with confidence, preparing coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards.
