Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach a team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll own your shift, support management, and drive performance across people, product, and service standards.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and are passionate about growth and delivering high-quality food with HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Confident in managing standards, compliance, and food safety (HACCP).
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset and willingness to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned, focused, and energized.
• Be a role model, set high standards, and lead from the front.
