Job summary

Euro Garages in Barton-Upon-Humber is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure product freshness and outstanding customer service, and step in during the Store Manager's absence. You’ll prepare beverages, manage shifts, and uphold brand standards across service, cleanliness, and safety.

The role offers flexible shifts with a minimum of 8 hours per week, a £13.55 hourly rate, and perks through the EG Cares Benefits & Rewards Platform, including Starbucks discounts

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-focused environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, delegating tasks and mentoring the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create great experiences.
• Assist Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking and administration.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and store cleanliness.
