Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the management team on business initiatives and uphold Taco Bell’s culture and values.

The role requires 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months of shift lead preferred, 18+ years old, strong communication and leadership skills, and solid cash handling and math abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills; accurate cash handling and change-making.
• Punctuality, reliability and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide feedback to GM.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring and screening Team Members.
• Contribute to cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and proper product preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
• Support training and development of the team.
