Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead shifts with energy and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach Team Members, partner with the GM on business initiatives, and take ownership to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in hospitality with some shift leadership, are 18+, and uphold safety, cash handling, and team performance standards. The role offers growth, training, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Able to adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labour policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organisational skills.
• Attendance and punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and ensure tidy appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback and coaching to Team Members.
• Actively participate in training Team Members.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates with the GM.
• Assist with Profit & Loss by following cash control, inventory, and labour procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
