Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Coach Team Members and participate in training.
• Assist the GM with screening candidates and labor management.
• Support Profit & Loss through cash control and inventory management.
• Ensure proper product preparation, cooking, and holding times.
