Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the management team on business initiatives and uphold Taco Bell’s culture and values.

The role requires 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months of shift lead preferred, 18+ years old, strong communication and leadership skills, and solid cash handling and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.

About the Job:As a Shift Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
