Job summary

Starbucks in Bradford is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll work with the Store Manager to supervise shifts, ensure products are fresh and readily available, and motivate the team to achieve great results on every shift.

The role involves preparing beverages, maintaining store standards, and owning shifts in the Store Manager’s absence. A passion for hospitality and helping customers will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer-focused environments.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations and training.
