Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Willow Tree to warmly welcome guests, host, and confidently lead a team delivering great service. You will train staff, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and help run daily operations on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles or team leadership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site and guest service.
• Lead shift, supervise team, and ensure smooth operations.
• Train and support team members to maintain high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the venue.
