Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our site to warmly welcome guests and lead a team focused on great service and training. You’ll supervise daily operations, host guests, and motivate staff to deliver consistent experiences.

You will role-model professionalism, oversee training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and returns.
