Job summary

Masons Arms in the West of England is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to deliver warm hospitality, lead a dedicated team and train staff to deliver great service. You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, hosting guests, and ensuring smooth service across shifts.

You’ll supervise shifts, role-model best practices, and support colleagues with training while upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to train and lead a team.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities
