Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy hospitality team at one of our venues. You’ll host guests, serve with warmth and confidence, and help coach your crew to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll be responsible for daily shift leadership, training new team members, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service preferred.
• Ability to train team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
