Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Griffin - Harvester is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team in delivering great service. You will train staff and act as a host during busy service times, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

You will be a hands-on shift leader, upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety while promoting a friendly, inclusive team culture across the site.
