Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for The Golden Fleece - Harvester. You will welcome guests, lead a team and drive great service, training new staff and upholding brand standards.

The role focuses on running the site daily, hosting guests, leading shifts and modelling training. We offer potential for progression, pension, holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or service setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop colleagues.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.
