Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Sutton Park Hotel within the Sizzling Pub & Grill brand. You will help run daily operations, welcome guests, and lead a team to deliver great service.

You will train staff, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and help ensure guests have a welcoming experience. The role offers on-site shifts and potential career progression within a leading pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality/service team.
• Ability to train team members and maintain service standards.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
