Job summary

Sutton Park Hotel in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a service-first team and ensure smooth day-to-day operation across the site. You will be responsible for managing shifts, role-modelling excellent service, and overseeing training to uphold Mitchells & Butlers’ standards.

You’ll train teammates, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, and help create a welcoming, engaging environment that keeps guests returning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet service standards.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the site as a host and team leader.
• Act as shift leader and role model for the team.
• Lead training sessions and onboard new staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
