Mitchells & Butler PLC’s The Plough on the Moor in Castle Pubs is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a friendly team and uphold high service standards.

You’ll oversee daily operations, train colleagues, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning. The role offers flexible shifts, extensive staff discounts, Wagestream access, generous holiday entitlement, pension and share options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and people skills.
