Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for The Lock Keeper. You will welcome guests, lead a team and train colleagues to deliver outstanding service across our pub brand.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team to deliver great service.
• Strong faultless presentation and safe service standards.

Responsibilities

• Part of the day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and lead your team with confidence.
• Be a shift leader and role model for the team.
• Assist with training and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
