Job summary

Horse & Jockey is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, welcome guests, and guide a team to deliver great service. You’ll train staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and model positive behaviours on shift.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and training sessions.
