Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for Swansea to welcome guests, lead a team and uphold outstanding service standards across our pub brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
