Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the UK is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for the Boat Inn, part of Vintage Inns. You’ll welcome guests, serve with warmth and confidently lead your team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Join us in a pub-led environment with a focus on training, cleanliness and safety. You’ll be part of day-to-day operations, helping act as host, lead shifts, role model staff, and ensure every guest feels valued.

• Experience in hospitality or guest service.
