Job summary

Ship Inn is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team with a passion for great service. You’ll train staff, maintain standards, and drive a smooth shift operation in a premium pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• Proven ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting and serving guests while leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for team training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support a welcoming, friendly environment and help guests feel valued.
