Shy Horse, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is recruiting a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team across a busy pub environment. You’ll train staff, uphold service standards and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a hospitality team.
• Ability to leadShift Supervisors and front-of-house staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
