Job summary

Boat Inn at Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will welcome guests, host on the floor and lead a team with a passion for great service. You’ll train colleagues, model great standards and keep our dining and hospitality experiences warm, safe and busy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or pub settings.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: act as host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the venue.
• Support a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for every guest.
