Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Chequers site in Oxford. You will warmly welcome guests, lead a team, train staff, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/pub sector experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting and serving guests while confidently leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model, supporting colleagues and delivering high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
