Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Alexandra pub is seeking a Shift Supervisor who welcomes every guest and leads a team to deliver great service. You’ll help train staff and keep the operations running smoothly throughout each shift.

You’ll uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, act as a host, and model strong teamwork in a welcoming British hospitality setting. A friendly team, flexible shifts and opportunities to grow await you.

Job description

As Shift Supervisor at the Alexandra, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
