Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for the York pub in London. You will welcome guests, lead a hospitality team, and ensure superb service across shifts. Your role includes training colleagues, maintaining standards, and supporting a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub service is essential.
