Job summary

The White Lion is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and ensure excellent service across our Nicholson’s pubs network in Greater London. You will train new staff, supervise daily operations and model superb guest care in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a front-of-house team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
