Job summary

Gap Inn is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, welcome guests, and lead a team with a focus on service and training. You will model high standards, assist with staff development and ensure a clean, safe environment across each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a busy venue.
• Strong customer-facing service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members to standards.

Responsibilities
