Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Springfield Inn, part of Vintage Inns. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and model training for staff while ensuring great service and a warm atmosphere.

The role emphasises guest satisfaction, team leadership, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the site. Join a friendly pub group offering strong staff support and development opportunities.
