Job summary

Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Lamb Inn. You’ll greet guests warmly and lead a team to deliver memorable service, while guiding training and development for staff.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the site, coordinate shifts, motivate colleagues and ensure smooth service from bar to dining room, keeping the highest standards. Join a welcoming team that values cleanliness and safety, and enjoy benefits such as a pension, 28 days
