Job summary

The White Hart, part of Premium Country Pubs, seeks a Shift Supervisor to greet guests warmly and lead a small team during service. You’ll manage shifts, model excellent hospitality and actively train junior colleagues to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team in a pub or restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service and guest relation skills.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff while maintaining standards.
