Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Cromwell Cottage. You’ll welcome guests, host, serve, and confidently lead your team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll train colleagues, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and help create a warm, inclusive guest experience across Premium Country Pubs.
