Mitchells & Butler PLC at the Hawk pub is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and uphold service standards in a busy environment.

You will train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help deliver memorable experiences across Premium Country Pubs. The role includes a pension, holidays and brand discounts as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and people-focused.
• Experience in hospitality or food service environments.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
