Job summary

Old Bulls Head is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the UK to welcome guests, lead a team and ensure excellent service. You’ll train staff, model standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a premium pub setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a pub or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and staff training skills.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
