Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Encore venue is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and drive excellent service on shift.

You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, training colleagues and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site. A supportive team culture and real opportunities to grow within Premium Country Pubs are on offer.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or pub experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Able to train and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
