Mitchells & Butler PLC’s Premium Country Pubs division is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Dukes Head in Billericay. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and drive great service, training your people to shine as part of a premium hospitality experience.

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
