Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for The Swan at Vintage Inns. You’ll warmly welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure excellent service while training your staff and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Join us in a role that blends hospitality with mentorship, offering flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within our pub group. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub settings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
