Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part-Time Shift Supervisor for the Swan, part of Vintage Inns. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure excellent service with a focus on training staff and upholding standards.

The role involves flexible shifts and a welcoming pub environment across rural venues, offering pension, holidays, discounts, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or working in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff effectively.
• Strong focus on service quality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations as shift supervisor.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver great guest service.
• Model training and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
