Mitchells & Butlers' Little Owl in Coleshill Heath is seeking a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests, delivers great service and trains people. You'll lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

As Shift Supervisor at the Little Owl, you'll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you'll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
