Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Toby Carvery Exeter. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and drive great service while training colleagues to maintain high standards.

The role focuses on hosting, supervising shifts, modelling training best practices, and upholding cleanliness and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams.
• Strong guest service focus with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running, hosting guests and confidently leading your team.
• Act as a shift leader and role model for training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
