Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited operates Toby Carvery in Exeter and is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and train team members to deliver great dining experiences.

You will help maintain cleanliness and safety while supporting a fun, engaging work environment and contributing to memorable visits for every guest.

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
