Job summary

Toby Carvery, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team delivering great service. You’ll train staff, oversee shifts, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety while contributing to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in food-service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to train and guide team members to maintain service standards.
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site operations as host and service leader.
• Act as shift leader and role model for the team.
• Lead training and support colleagues to deliver great guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
