Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc's Toby Carvery Burnt Tree Island is recruiting a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and maintain high service standards.

Join a group known as the home of the roast, with staff benefits such as pension, 28 days' holiday, and staff discounts across brands. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise shifts, train colleagues, and ensure cleanliness and safety while delivering the warm welcome our guests expect.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience with a focus on guest service.
