Robin Hood, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and uphold service standards across shifts. You will train staff and ensure excellence in guest experiences within a warm pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub supervision.

• Help with staff training and development.
