Job summary

Bakers Arms, part of Vintage Inns, in Poole, offers a welcoming pub atmosphere. We seek a Part Time Shift Supervisor to host guests, lead the team and train new staff while delivering great service. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, supervise shifts, uphold cleanliness and safety, and nurture a friendly, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience training staff and onboarding new joiners.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for the team.
• Lead training sessions and ongoing coaching for new/joining staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
