Job summary

Gate Inn, part of Mitchells & Butler's Sizzling Pub & Grill family, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a frontline team. You’ll champion great service, coach and train staff, and help sustain high standards across the shift.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site operations as host and lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff.
• Support training and maintaining standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across the site.
