Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Green Man in Cambridge. You will warmly welcome guests, lead a team, and train colleagues to deliver exceptional service across premium pub brands.

You’ll be part of a supportive, sociable team, with responsibilities including daily site operations, shift leadership, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards to ensure every guest feels welcomed.

Qualifications
