Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking a Security Officer to protect property, people and assets in accordance with site Assignment Instructions. You will deliver results that meet KPIs and SLAs, while maintaining compliance with UK law and safety standards.

Ongoing training and licence renewals are required to support continuous professional development. The role requires a front-line security licence (SIA) and the ability to renew licences on time; SC clearance is desirable for some sites.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience is required.
• SIA Licence is required.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by delivering security services per AI and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs by delivering accountable service and supporting contract retention.
• Maintain compliance with UK law and guidance, policies and safety requirements on site.
• Complete required training and renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Follow Instructions and procedures and report incidents accurately.
• Keep incident notebooks and complete incident reporting as required.
